Is Sporexpert free?
Yes. The tools are free and MycoLab has a free plan. The Pro plan removes the limits on batches, recipes and members.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
You only need a card if you choose the Pro plan or buy from the shop.
Can I work with my team?
Yes. Each organization can have several members. The free plan allows up to 5 per organization and Pro as many as you need.
Can I export my data?
With the Pro plan you can export your data and use the MycoLab API.
How do I track my shop order?
Open Track an order, in the shop, and follow the steps.
How do I delete my account?
Request it from the delete account page or write to [email protected].
